Colleen Bute Bennett, President and Founder
Colleen Bute Bennett, co-founder, is a globetrotting force in the company, wearing many hats from business manager, designer, to account manager. She helps facilitate international relationships and has an eye for spotting trends from around the globe. Her philosophy? Listen to the clients. Colleen focuses on understanding the tastes of her designers and clients, so she can spotlight the right pieces to fit each individual project. At the end of the day, it is the client’s space in which to work and live.
Colleen likes working with Latin Designers, who have no fear in mixing colors and furniture genres – placing indoor furniture outdoors. Outside design, Colleen is involved in local charities as well as forming scholarships within the company to help employees and their families attend schooling they could not otherwise afford.
Paulina Ramos, Country Manager Ecuador
After twenty-five years at Ecuador’s top real estate agencies, Paulina Ramos comes to Caducus Folium+ with a keen sense of a space’s possibility. For the last fifteen years, she managed the interior design of her agency’s vast model units. Paulina realized her love for furniture, style and design during her collaboration with the Mutualista Benalcazar corporate building in Quito. The vast project allowed her to venture into interior design.
Paulina focuses on organization, administrative managements, and sales support at the Ecuador Design Center, and brings professional ease of communication and fluency interaction. Outside of Caducus Folium+ she is a real estate broker.
